Just as coaching is different for each individual, coach training is different for each business or organization. As with coaching, we will design your training based on your specific needs and wants.

Do you want to enhance communication in the organization, or retain talented individuals, or inspire a vigorous sales force, or create a wise and humane corporate culture?

Process
We'll begin by having a meeting, by telephone or in person. I'll be curious to know what interests you about coaching. I'll inform you about projects I have done with other organizations and suggest possibilities for you. If I am not the right individual for your project, for any reason, I will suggest other coaches or trainers.

As we decide to move forward with a training for managers, executives or internal coaches, the project will have three phases. We will spend initial time completing an evaluation, preparing the advanced information for course participants, and finalizing the schedule and agenda. Next we will have the in-person seminar time, and we will complete the project with a one-hour review session by telephone or in person two to four weeks after the end of the training.
