Introduction to Coaching
This course introduces participants to the principles and skills of coaching. We explore: 1) how coaching skills can enhance your current work in an organization and 2) how to establish and build an independent coaching practice.
Advanced Coaching
This course is for individuals who want to work as a professional coach either within an organization or as an independent private coach. Competence is built through experiential exercises. Coaching skills and strategies are refined, and a personal coaching style is developed. Next steps are discussed, including involvement with professional coaching organizations and coaching certification paths.
Coaching Certification Program
These comprehensive training programs provide the "coach specific training" required by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for certification as a professional coach. Students begin with basic coaching concepts and skills and continue to build competence through practice and feedback. For individuals who want to acquire recognized professional qualifications in the coaching profession.
